Germaine Dunes (real name: Germaine van der Sanden) is an indie folk singer and songwriter, born in The Netherlands, but based in California, United States. Totally unknown in her country of birth, she moved to the U.S. to live with her lover, Buck Meek of Big Thief. There, she recorded and released her début mini album, Midnight Game (February 2023).
